Cancellation Policy for Appointments
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that if you are unable to make your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice by phone at (09)2183989 or 021 9966 79. This allows us to offer the time to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
In the event that you do not attend your scheduled appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, we do have a cancellation policy in place. Our cancellation charge is 50% of the treatment price. We hope you understand that our time and resources are valuable, and this policy ensures that we can continue to provide the highest level of service to all of our clients.

Product Information
Our website provides general information about our Products and Services. We reserve the right to change, delete or move any material on the site at any time without notice.
We have made every effort to display the Products featured as accurately as possible. The equipment you use to view our website may impact on the display of our Products. Where advertised Products are shown in photograph we will endeavour to deliver the corresponding item but we do not warrant that the Product we deliver will be identical to what is displayed online.
Returns Policy
Please choose carefully as generally we do not refund any item bought online or in clinic unless it is faulty and/or required by the Consumer Guarantees Act. In some circumstances we do allow you to return item/s purchased from us within 10 days of the purchase (or of receiving the order if made online) by visiting one of our clinics but we require proof of purchase and the item must be in its original condition. The amount to be refunded will be done so in the form of payment made at the time of the original transaction or we will issue you with a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item bought online please write to info@elilac.co.nz. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items returned that are not in their original condition or if you seek to return outside our specified timeframes. Return of items is limited to clients based in New Zealand. If your items arrive damaged please photograph and keep all contents including the packaging or parcel that the items arrived in and contact info@elilac.co.nz.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars, inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). We take care to provide accurate pricing but in the event of a pricing error on our website, the inaccurate price will not be honoured and we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed on our online store. Accessories used in photographs are not included in the price.
Gift Voucher
Our gift vouchers are issued by Elilac Beauty with stamps and expire date. These have no value until activated at the time of purchase. Our gift voucher can be used for the purchase of Products or treatments but are not available to use online at www.elilac.co.nz. Gift Voucher may not be returned, redeemed for cash or transferred. Any unused value on a gift voucher expires 3 months after the date of issue. To use, simply present the Gift Voucher for full or part payment at the time of purchase. The amount of any purchase will be deducted from the voucher. To check your balance and expiry, please contact us in clinic.
Please take care of your Gift Voucher as if it were cash; it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you purchase a Gift Voucher online and it does not arrive within 10 days please contact us at info@elilac.co.nz
